If you’d like someadvice on what your house might need to sell more quickly and at the highest possible price, I am happy to help. I offer consultation services that consist of a visit to your home and an initial walk through. From that I create a detailed plan of your house, consisting of a room-by-room evaluation and recommendations. In order to maximize your home’s appeal I’ll help you determine placement of furniture and accessories.
Afterthe consultation, you may choose to implement this plan or obtain further services from Kelly Pearl Design.

Occupied Home - Help your home stand out in the real estate market.
Weall want to look our best when meeting new people, so why shouldn’t we present our home to prospective buyers in its best possible light? With a complete staging by Kelly Pearl Design you receive: optimized furniture placement for a more spacious room, elimination of clutter, rearrangement of decorative accessories or the addition of some from our inventory, all working together to make your home look its best and most inviting.
This is usually a one-day process, depending on the size of home.When completed, you will receive complimentary before and after photos.
